He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. 10  If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into [your] house, neither bid him God speed: 11  For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds. 

2. Do you believe JESUS CHRIST died once for all sin and gave the gift of salvation and everlasting life to all who believe on Him?

   • YES

   • Joh 3:16-21  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17  For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18  He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19  And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20  For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21  But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. 

3. Do you doubt or deny the Godhead (the FATHER, the SON, and the HOLY SPIRIT), commonly known as “the TRINITY"?

4. Do you confess your sins and transgressions through anyone other than JESUS CHRIST to the LORD GOD?

5. Do you place your faith in “anyone other than” or “in addition to” JESUS CHRIST?

6. Do you pray to the LORD GOD through anyone other than JESUS CHRIST?

7. Is your "salvation and everlasting life" conditional on anything other than the believing on the fact that Jesus Christ came, died, was buried, and rose again?

   • NO

   • Rom 10:5-13  For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them. 6  But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down [from above:)] 7  Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) 8  But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, [even] in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10  For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11  For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. 

8. Is the founder of your belief system any other than the God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob, and Jesus Christ?

9. Are there members of your belief system that have access to "secret" knowledge or rituals that are not for the layman?
